Is the booking a one-off event or a regular booking?
What is the purpose of the booking? Is the booking for a weekday or a weekend? What hours would you like to book the Hall or Meeting Room?
Is the booking for business use or local interest group? If Business, do you hold your own insurance, and if any electrical equipment is to be used, has it been Pat Tested?
