FLexercise

FLexercise (originally The Womans League of Health & Beauty) was the pioneer of exercise to music classes for women in the UK.
Established in 1930 it helped millions of women to learn about their bodies and gave them the opportunity to meet other ladies, improve their health, posture, confidence and overall wellbeing.

None of the above has changed and nearly all the ‘new’ ideas for exercising we have done before!  Yes the music has changed (although always very varied ), we no longer have a ‘uniform’ (you may remember the many articles and old newsreels over the years of the black and white ensemble) but the principals are the same. Safe, effective exercise to appropriate & motivating music, working all muscle groups and joints.
Classes are non-competitive, inclusive (any age, gender, ability) and always welcoming fun and friendly!

FLexercise is at Atworth Village Hall every Tuesday 6-7pm.  Pay as you go £7.
